D&M Tool was founded in 1979 and is currently owned by Michael E. Karastury and Wayne W.. Karastury. Our first facility was a small garage shop located at the residence of Michael E. Karastury.

Michael got involved in the Tool & Die business as an apprentice at the birthplace of Meadville's Tool & Die Industry, Talon Incorporated. From there he graduated as a journeyman toolmaker. In the process of becoming a professional in his trade, Michael's mechanical mind and skills provided his employers with a constant supply of ideas and solutions that made their business goals and objectives a reality.

After mastering the trade, Michael decided to venture into starting a business of his own, and at that time passed his knowledge on to his brother Daniel L. Karastury. Together they started D&M Tool Incorporated. Daniel has since retired and Michaels' son Wayne is working with his father and together they are taking the company to new heights.

Since our birth in 1979, D&M Tool continues to provide its customers with a history of excellence. We are proud to still serve many of our first customers today. Customer satisfaction has always been priority #1 at D&M Tool Inc., and will continue to be as the business is passed on from generation to generation. Our customers are a part of our family and we enjoy spending time with them on the job.
